Our civil engineering project at T-Wells South – Will Weiner, Steve Ball, Billy Rixon and the entire site crew including supply chain partners – has successfully delivered a major project milestone with the completion of the FST base pour.

Concrete supply was expertly handled by Gallagher Group Ltd, who supported the process with site visits both before and during the pour. Their efforts helped ensure the successful delivery of 28No loads of concrete down a narrow lane, with full consideration for the local community. In coordination with this, the site team arranged for Southern Water to complete letter drops in advance, informing residents of the increased traffic on the day.

The concrete was placed using a 42m boom pump supplied by Embassy Concrete Pumping LTD and finished with power floats. With the base now complete, we move into the next phase; completing the wall pours in time for the mechanical installation scheduled for October.

The milestone was achieved as a result of high levels of collaboration, especially, our relationship with key partner and Principal Contractor CMDP, who have been supporting our delivery of this key milestone without any major issues.
