Coleman Construction & Utilities Limited provide a fully managed civil engineering service offering for the water sector. We employ resources specifically trained to work on both clean and dirty water sites. All clean water operatives carry EUSR cards and our entire workforce is fully accredited for the tasks they undertake and the plant that they operate.
Over the last two decades, we have provided civil engineering services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects ranging from large scale water treatment plants to the construction of equipment bases and everything else in between. We have worked for the likes of 4D, Morrison Utility Services, CMDP, BTU, MGJV and Enisca Browne amongst others.

Our specialist teams deliver extensive below ground pipeline and sewer solutions for our water sector clients. We undertake all enabling works, groundworks, temporary works and permanent works to facilitate the installation of their drainage assets.
Our capabilities in water include, but are not limited to:
- Site Clearance – including initial site preparation and clearance works
- Site Enabling – installation of haul roads and the subsequent removal and reinstatement on completion
- Groundworks – including, site clearance, bulk excavation, dewatering, earthwork support and disposal of excavated material
- Temporary Works – full temporary works design, supply and installation
- Drainage – supply and installation of all types underground drainage system. All drainage is tested and surveyed on completion
- Foundations – in-situ, precast and reinforced solutions including strips, pads, pile caps, ground beams and raft types
- Reinforced Concrete Construction Works – formwork, rebar and concrete provision for both substructure and superstructure works
- Road Construction – road and pavement construction works including traffic management
