been fully acquired by Nexus Infrastructure plc (Nexus). This acquisition will see our
employees and business continuing as normal but moving to new ownership within a
larger organisation that will support our continued development, and excellent
reputation.

This will enable us to retain our brand identity and continue delivering the service
that is expected from us, whilst having access to resources that will support our
continued growth.

Founder Barry Coleman will remain in the business, alongside the existing
management, administrative and delivery team that you have come to know so well.

your valued support over the years as we move forward into a new and exciting
chapter for Coleman.
